Hunting PD's is a lot of fun but I can not believe people have to pay to do it. When I was growing up in Colorado many of the ranchers would pay us $.50 for each PD we could prove we shot. Proving it is not always possible because they often slide back down their holes. You do not want to reach down a hole, there is good chance of getting bit by a dog or rattle snake. But nobody ever charged us to hunt them.
