I was considering the P238, so I found a gun shop that had one in stock and tried the trigger (dry fire).
I would be willing to bet it was close to 8 pounds.
Not good at all.
Not as nasty as the S&W Bodyguard, but still pretty stiff.
Trying the P238 changed my mind about wanting one.
Also it caused me to decide not to buy anything without trying the trigger first.
