This may be the wrong spot, but since it bears on Illinois Conceal Carry, I posted it here. Now, the man in the following article was charges with possession of cannabis and two counts if UUW. However my question is, with the whole hullabaloo our legislature is putting our state through, could be potentially get the UUW charges thrown out?
