I have loaded thousands of trouble free rounds, until today that is. In the middle of a batch of 9mm, the press stopped indexing. It won't index at all with any of my turrets, so it's not a turret issue. I took apart the little assembly the rod goes into and nothing appeared to be broken. Can anyone help? I was planning on loading a lot of rounds this weekend, but not if I have to index the press manually!

To make matters worse, Lee doesn't answer the phone, and they don't have an answering machine.

This is the classic turret, the one with the steel frame and 4 hole turrets.
