I think the first thing you need to do is call the store and talk to the manager. Tell him you are bringing the gun back in and why. Make sure you get his name and when he will be there so he can meet you at the sporting goods counter. You were probably dealing with someone who was working in plastic ware (and not Glocks) the day before and in greetiing cards the day before that.
If you want any satisfaction at Wally World you have to take a giant step over the rank and file workers and go to the top.
