Not to interrupt the discussion, but I hate seeing "Ambitious" in the title to this thread. "Reckless" might be a more suitable replacement. I understand the sarcasm, but it just irks me. I feel like this type of legislation/politics should be called what it is directly, without room for inference to the contrary.
