If anyone has any info on the class action lawsuit that's being put together please post it here. There was a post on CalGuns with a phone number to call but the GPal board members who moderate/own that forum quickly deleted it. Like the previous poster my "I'm sure you'll have your money by then" day has come and gone for the third or fourth time, I can't keep count. My bank says no ACH transfers are in the pipe so that's that.
