Hornady, since it is their cartridge, will probably have data and will likely provide it on request, but only for their bullets. If they have a bullet that is dimensionally and weight-wise very close to what you want to shoot, it will get you a starting load. If Sierra has developed any data for the 6.5 PRC, they will do the same.
