N560 & .30-338

I am thinking this HE powder is going to work with the heavier .30 cal. bullets and am lacking just knowledge of its use. Does it require a stand or magnum primer in top powder loads? I understand it is temp insensitive so heavy loads should not change readings in various temp conditions annually? What is myth and fact? Lastly what can I safely assume the chamber pressure to max out in a Belg. FN 98 Model 50 (made in 51) J.C. HIGGINS rifle-any idea? 61100psi or at 65000psi?
