IMO, the suppressed MP5 is the best platform. Absolutely no muzzle climb. Recoil is in a straight line with the barrel, stock and into your shoulder. Just lean into it a little and you can put a 30 round magazine into the center of the target in one long burst.
On the other end of the spectrum, I'd vote the M14 as the worst full auto for recoil. It's a real brute.
