When and if the party in control wishes to sweep some annoying matter under the proverbial carpet, I very much suspect that they, the Obama Administration wants to so do here, justification or reasons for such action can ALWAYS be found.
I suspect that such will be the case here too, though I could wake up one morning to a large surprise.
