Those who can't serve, like myself, could just as easily be conscripted for 2 years at the Post Office or some other type of federal service.
I appreciate your military service and hope that God blesses each of you for your selfless loyalty to our nation.
That being said, I worked as a teacher in the public schools for 22 years. I was physically assaulted 7 times, left the school systems and worked in the Texas Prison system where I was much safer. We each serve our country in our own way.
