If you like the Beretta, there's also the Beretta Nano 9mm. Others are the Kahr CM9, the relatively new S&W Shield and Walther PPS. There may be more, but those are the ones off the top of the noggin.
Of the 4, I've fired the Nano and the CM9. Both are comfortable to shoot, reasonably accurate and apparently quite reliable. Durability is anyone's guess as most of these guns are relatively new to the market.
