Just curious as to what type of bullet you are using. I've loaded a few thousand rounds of 9mm with a Pro 1000, and I haven't had that issue when using LRN or FMJ round nose, though I've never tried using flat nosed bullets.

Do you "ride the bullet up", that is, guide it into the seater die on the way up with your fingers?

Is it just the seater die that seems to do this? Is your shell plate perhaps just a tiny bit out of line?
