I used to hand load for my M39s just for kicks. I used RCBS dies and assortment of bullets, 308, 310 and 311. It's promising but I got too lazy and hold off handloading for now. Among the best ammo I had used are Czech Silvertips and Polish lightballs - the Polish being a little better. Hungarian Silver/Yellow tip (180graniers) are pretty good too but are shoulder bruiser for me. I have Darrell Scout scope mount and Tasco ProClass 6x held by Warne rings.
