For anything from clay pigeons to geese an 1100 is not your ticket unless you stockpile as many parts and barrels as I have. An 11-87 will go from 2-3/4" to 3" so that is an option. There are a slew of guns out there these days that would fit your requirements, and we can all tell you how we like ours, but that doesn't address which one feels best to you.
