This is what I've got to deal with.

The water heater is just to the right of that photo, and the air exchanger is also right there, as well.

I'm not kidding when I say that in this room I'm dealing with extremely limited space. That will change when I move the one wall, but that's a future project.

At the moment there is simply no way to do a redesign. There's not enough room.
