It's good ammo. Buy a box or two and see how it patterns from your shotgun..

S&B buckshot doesn't use any buffer filler, and only has a cardboard wad, which will typically throw wider patterns than buffered buckshot that uses a plastic wad, or shotcup. The soft lead buckshot pellets that S&B uses will tend to deform more due to not having any buffering and having no protection from the barrel, thus causing wider, more erratic patterns
