If clean-burning is all that important, use the fastest-burning powder that will give you the performance you want with a max load. They all burn pretty clean when loaded hot (although American Select is spooky how clean it burns.) So if you want light target loads, use Clays, WST, or Red Dot. If you want heavy loads, use AA#7, HS-6, 800X, or Herco (etc.) But in either case, load them towards the upper end of the load data.
