A successfully completed evaluation includes the following:
" Interacting with a Sales Floor Department associate, as well as a Service Department associate.
" Observing the cash wrap area and making a $1 purchase.
" Interacting with a Hunting Department associate to determine if he/she complies with firearm regulations .
" Filling out an online evaluation form, which contains Yes/No questions. There are no detailed narratives.
