I just purchased a Puma 1892 357 lever action I am having a critical problem with the shells jamming going up the two groves that the shell rim rides up in, they hang up at the last 16th of an inch and I have to force the lever closed! I have polished the groves with no help, the only thing else I can think of is the part of the bolt that pushes the shell into the chamber needs to be polished? I hate to do more as the gun is less than a week old! The next thing will be to return it, which I would rather not do as it, took a long while to get one! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
