If your selling on a local venue I'd offer them together or as separate items at the buyers preference. If selling on gunbroker or another online auction i'd separate them.
There's a good chance someone buying the rifle will already have one. The dies and brass won't make the rifle worth any more on an online gun auction. I'm guessing there's a reason you rarely ever see package deals like that on online auctions.
