OAL Variance

What do you guys consider an acceptable variance in your loads? I'm loading .40 S&W with 180g Barry's Plated over 4.2g of Titegroup. I have the OAL set for 1.125" per my manual (the multi-manual that you find in the shops with multiple mfg's data all in one book). What I'm getting out varies from 1.122" to 1.126" (mostly 1.124"). Should I accept a variance at all? If so, what is too much of a variance. I've already shot a couple hundred of these this way, but I just wanted to check with others to find out if I'm putting myself in a dangerous situation.

Thanks in advance.
