For normal bolt rifle work I like Winchester brass. Although a recent lot of it gave me hard primer seating, so your mileage may vary.
For semi auto rifles I use Lake City. It's a beast to prep, but it is the only brass I can get for cheap enough to justify four reloads and chucking. Anneal, deprime/resize, decrimp, trim.
