Anybody familiar with this headstamp?

F.M.C. "SL"
|| 1954 ||

I recently came across it on a hard to deprime brass casing. I now have one large and two tiny flash holes. Has my Lee decapping die punched out a Berdan primer, or is this something different? There is no damage to the decapping pin.

Information appreciated. I'm fairly new to relaoding.
