So fare you are safe with what you have and with what others have said for you to do.Backing off 10% will work with the 9mm and any other pistol that uses a small pistol primer.
For your 223 loading I would just load up what ever load you want to use.I have been reloading for a 223 for many years now and only use the CCI 450 mag primers with all of my 223 reloading.Now I will say that I am reloading for two different 223's both in a bolt gun.For an auto I cannot say or will not try to offer any idea's.
Again I have used many different powders when loading for a 223 even bullets.Even to this very date I have yet had any kind of problem useing a mag primer ( CCI 450 ) when testing loads for a 223.I have even had a few compressed loads that really worked for one of my rifels.My bench gun as of now is running a compressed load with out any type of problem.
But its your call not mine just letting you know that you are OK in my book to use them.
