Some would say that is the right place for a Hi-Point, but I found them reasonably well made and extremely reliable, much more so than many guns that cost a whole lot more.
Back to the RG-25, the main point where you can lose parts is when you dismount the slide. If you get past that point, the rest is pretty easy. I know of no take down instructions beyond removing the slide for cleaning, or any manual that goes into detail on repairs.
But if you know anything about how guns or mechanical gadgets work, that pistol should not be any real challenge.
