I don't want to be the disagreable sort but I disagree with the previous opinion. Right now at gun shows, 109/22 hi-cap mags are going for upwards of $40. I would sell the mags separately from the rifle.

If it is a standard rifle with the dragonov stock, its value would depend on condition. The draganov is not going to get you much extra value on top of the factory stock. The rifle should be worth between $100 and $200 depending on condition with scope. Remember, brand new basic 10/22s are being discounted at arount $140 right now.
