Unless Zimmerman was charged under the "depraved" condition of Murder 2, manslaughter simply is not an allowable lesser included offense available.

Edit: well, Corey did charge Zimmerman under the "depraved mind" paragraph of Florida Law (782.04(2)), so manslaughter IS a lesser included charge and I was wrong.
