Hey 2ndamd I want to hear the blind bank robber story. and I am kind of confused. I thought when some one who is disabled goes to the prison, they are visibly marked with a shirt/vest as a part of the uniform they have to ware everyday with the words "Visially Impaired" for example if they are blind. also I have been told they have limitted contact with the General Population.
