Just letting you know of my experience with these pistol and what I tested ..
All of them shoot just fine.. Alot likes the lightness ... Alot likes the Plastic idea.. ect... but when we did that sub-powered test and saw with our own eyes how it ejected the round and loaded the next round without any problems... Case Closed... Not one stove pipe... not one Jam... after 20 years of shooting this puppy...

Also.. Once you de-cock the P7... or just let it go.. Its 100% safe.. You can pull the trigger .. Drop it.. do anything with it and it will not go off... A Child can pick up all the other guns and either fiddle with it and it will go off.. but a P7 is abt child proof... You really have to squeeze the cocking mech. to make the weapon hot.. But this is not abt the thread... but its a point of intrest that is good to know... You just have to get used to picking up the P7.. Squeezing it and fire a round off... then you can release the squeeze cocker and put the gun down... 110% safe..... When you want to shoot it again.. Just pick it up .. Squeeze the de-cocker and shoot... its all 1 step..

Too Easy.... Very Safe...
