Several have tried this with their .45 ACP cases ... me included. I'm not sure how hard it is on your dies (whether hardened steel or carbide), but the cases will definitely split. I was able to get one reload out of them; another shooter I know was able to get two.
It's not worth it, even with the high price of brass today.
