take a screenshot of what was shown and what you got mail it to e-bay.
I got ripped one time and the butt hole gave me a hard time. and lots of e-mails with basless legal threats. just opened a case with e-bay and pay pal and forwarded them to pay-pal..lol. he got kicked of e-bay.
I got my money back.
