See my post in this forum on my poor experience on a new production GEN3 g19. New gen3's have problems too.
I would avoid all glocks made after 2008 or so.
I only bought glocks because they were $390 and reliable. Without reliability I have no reason to own one. Luckily there are many good 9mm's on the market without problems.
