I think it should fir the NEOS fine. Most Red Dots (all I've seen) have just 1 alignment bolt going through the mount so they will fit Weaver and Picatinny rails equally well. How do you like your NEOS? I love mine. Haven't tried the red dot on it yet though (although I may if I don't get my scores up soon
