I use only OneShot for both rifle and pistol cases. Straight case, tapered case, bottleneck style, it doesn't matter. Haven't had a stuck case yet; or a dented case neck for that matter. I also tumble all my cases before resizing so I wonder if the reason some seem to have problems is that they're starting with much dirtier cases?
Obviously, you need to let the carrier flash off before stuffing them into the die, but what's left is just a very good wax, that I don't even worry about removing after reloading. I also like that it's inert to primer and powder contamination, which can't be said for the old style oils, etc.
For those with a bad experience with OneShot, I wonder how many are cleaning/tumbing cases before using it?
