IMO, the Skeeter is one gun that is not worth spending money on. It looks and feels good, but that's where it ends. Most have a well-earned reputation for being jam-o-matics with most ammo. and aren't really very accurate compared to others in it's price range. It comes with a couple of different recoil springs so you can find one that sort-a works most of the time, and plastic front sights that you can snap in-place(until they pop off, of course).
Look for a Buckmark or a Ruger Mk III or 22/45 if you want a reliable, accurate .22auto. Either one will last you a lifetime.
