Since the option is available these days, I would get a 22LR dedicated scope that has the BDC lines or dots for 75 and 100 yards. Cabelas sells one that I know of, and I think Simmons has one also. A 4 power is fine for a 22LR, but I've gone to 2-7 variables. I switched to the variables because I had them and not for much other reasons. The 4 powers were plenty good enough.
