In 2003 Kyle brown set a 1000yr record, 10 shot group 4.2". Kyle used Redding's T-7 turret press,Type S full length Sizing die, and Redding's Competition Seating. Here is a link to his recipe on 6mmBR.com:

Bushing dies will not over work the case neck of your expensive brass helping it to last longer. Not over sizing the neck helps with concentricity. The Competition Seating Die makes it easier to seat the bullet straighter without extra effort. The more expensive dies make it easier not necessarily better.
Just my opinion.
