The LCR in .22 Magnum might be good for someone who wants to practice a lot with their carry gun but who doesn't reload. At 20 cents per round, shooting 100 or more a week wouldn't be too costly.

I was impressed with the lack of recoil for the rimfire LCRs in the Jeff Quinn video. He was able to fire the 6 shots of the .22 Mag very quickly.
