All of these and more are good. Find what works in your gun, and what you can readily find for a price you are willing to pay. I use Speer Gold Dots because they have a good track record, they work well in my gun, and I can find them at my LGS for a good price. Critical defense and HST are harder for me to find, and they usually cost a lot more when I do.
