A little copy and paste of the text you want to quote. The you add the "['QUOTE] [/QUOTE']" tags, or highlight and click the little quote icon in the "reply to thread" dialog box.
You add the persons name by using this "[QUOTE=name]" you add the "=name"
Not sure if this well work, but this is what all the text looks like for the above text less the quotation marks in the quote tags.
