After you follow my previous instructions put something on the hammer spur (your finger, small screwdriver, etc.) and hold it down while you finish pulling back on the slide. Sometimes the slide gets hung up on the hammer nose. If that doesn't work I'll go to something else.

STOP! if you pull the part that the (internal) slide stop pivots on you will release this spring-loaded part inside the frame and then the slide will really be jamed. It's no wonder you can't get the slide off if the Takedown Latch (lever) was missing in the first place. Hopefully the shaft is still in place. I have an exploded view drawing and disassembly instructions before me so we can get out of this situation. I just need more time to post the information you need.
