Brake cleaner works fine, as it is identical to B-C gunscrubber. $1.77 at Wal-Mart. Carb cleaner is a little too strong and leaves a residue. As with gunscrubber, be sure not to get any of it on plastics w/o testing first. Gunscrubber melted a Ram-line folder of mine. Nevertheless, it is the best deal for cleaning actions quickly and cheaply. This product is for those of us who don't want to pony up for CLP.
