Give these people a try. They repaired a HAKKO 8X40X56mm Ranging Reticle 30mm Tube Scope.
This was a second hand scope I had absolutely no information on other than what I could read on the scope body. The cross hairs were canted inside the tube. Had it rebuilt good as new $110.00 am very satisfied

Could have had it fixed for $55.00 but wanted it thoroughly refurbished, I'm a trusting sole...
