Well, assuming you mean uploading pictures, here's a discussion about that -

You may need some kind of photo editing software to reduce the size of your pictures if you want to include them as attachments.

I use Snagit, but there are free photo editors available, such as this one -

An alternative is to use some external site (like Dropbox) to store the pictures and then post a link to them. However, high-resolution pictures sometimes are challenging for those with smaller screen resolutions or dial-up connections and may not offer anything that can't be seen in a low-resolution picture.
