The inside of the barrel is rusted. Actually the whole outside was rusted too. Those markings couldn't even be seen until I started cleaning all the rust off of it.

And as for the lockwork? Like I said I don't know much about guns so I'm not sure what you mean by lockwork.

I'm interested in value but more so just information.

Is there a way to pinpoint the exact year in which it was made?

Any idea what the '15' means, or what the second proof mark to the left of the '15' means. looks like the letter 'v' in the same position that the 'p' is in on the right side.
