Yes and yes.
I think its a useful tool, not to be thought of as a cure-all, just as a gun is not the cure-all either.
Some types of spray are meant for indoor, some are outdoor applicable. I have never been able to avoid crosscontamination when using spray.
Keep encouraging your wife to the Taser. Probably a better fit.
