i have a 308, 7mm/08 and 243. the 243 is just a joy to shoot and you could shoot it all day long and still be smiling. i love the 7mm/08, it is more versitile and can be used on anything up to elk but it does have more recoil than the 243. accuracy has always been great in all 3 calibers. if you're going to be shooting alot at one time i think the 243 lack of recoil would keep you shooting better longer and the ammo is pretty cheap.
