No way that chart can be right about wind drift with a 5 mph wind. A five mph wind change will blow you out of the ten ring at 50 yards and 100 yards. Shot lots of 3 O'Clock and 9 O'Clock nines in small bore prone.
You can hear it too, from the groans that come off the firing line when a gust, or a layoff occurs just as shooters put one down range.
